What to know before your visit
APPOINTMENTS
To ensure that we can fully accommodate your needs, we ask that all appointments be booked in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your original appointment, or you will be charged a nominal fee. A missed appointment incurs the charge at half price. New clients must complete the New Client Form.
BE ON TIME
Being 15 minutes late or more may result in not being accommodated, and your appointment may be rescheduled. Please call the salon to make us aware of the situation. It is greatly appreciated.
CHILDREN
We love your children, but we want you to love your experience with us. If your children do not have an appointment scheduled, please leave them in the care of others so that we can care for you and others in the salon. While we understand situations arise, please be mindful of the environment.
SERVICES
Prices for all salon and hair services vary depending on which member of our staff provides your service, length of hair, density of hair, and amount of product used in the service.
RETAIL PRODUCTS
We believe in the quality of Salon Raybon's home care products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to the salon within one week of the purchase date for credit toward any retail product in our salon. Refunds are not available. For your protection, brushes, styling tools, and hair accessories are not returnable or refundable.
YOUR CHOICE
We are a team of experienced professionals. We hope you will feel free to take advantage of the talents of more than one of our artists whenever you feel the need for a fresh approach.
ATTIRE
Robes are provided to protect your clothing and are located in our guest restroom.
GRATUITIES
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Prices and certificates do not include gratuities.
